Our Process
A durable coating starts with the slab. Our process addresses surface profile, repairs, cleanliness and every coating layer before the floor returns to service.
Evaluate the slab, existing coatings, cracks, contamination, moisture concerns and site access.
Mechanically grind the concrete to remove weak material and create the surface profile required for adhesion.
Repair appropriate cracks, spalls and damaged areas, then smooth and detail the repaired surface.
Vacuum and clean the prepared slab so dust and debris do not interfere with the coating system.
Apply the base coat and broadcast decorative flakes for full color, texture and coverage.
Remove excess flake, refine the finish and apply a compatible clear topcoat with cure guidance.

Check Your LocationCommon Questions
Cost depends on square footage, concrete condition, repairs, existing coatings, preparation, finish, coating system and travel. We provide a project-specific estimate after learning about the space.
Many residential projects are completed over more than one visit, but timing varies with preparation, repairs, the selected system and cure requirements. We provide a schedule with your estimate.
Cure times vary by product, temperature and site conditions. You will receive specific guidance for foot traffic, moving items back and vehicle traffic.
Sometimes, but the existing surface must be evaluated first. Loose, failing or incompatible coatings may need to be removed so the new system can bond correctly.
Yes. Repairing appropriate cracks, spalls and surface damage is part of proper floor preparation and is included in the project scope when needed. During the estimate, we identify any structural or moisture-related condition that should be addressed separately before coating.
Yes. You can begin by sending the project location, approximate size and several clear floor photos. For projects that require a closer evaluation, we arrange an on-site visit before finalizing the written scope and price.
